Как установить моды
У The Binding of Isaac есть несколько основных версий. Изначально игра разрабатывалась на платформе Adobe Flash, однако в 2014 году вышел ремейк — The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, который мы все и знаем как основную игру. Именно в Rebirth появилась мастерская модов.
В дальнейшем вышло три больших DLC, которые не только расширили сюжет, но и добавили много новых предметов, комнат и врагов. В хронологическом порядке: в 2015 году появилась Afterbirth, в 2017 — Afterbirth+, а в 2021 — Repentance.
В итоге некоторые моды совместимы только с отдельными версиями игры, иногда для запуска нужно скачивать соответствующее обновление.
Основной алгоритм следующий:
- либо распаковываете файлы мода по пути C / Program Files (x86) / Steam / SteamApps / common / The Binding of Isaac Rebirth / resources;
- либо перемещаете всю папку мода по пути Libraries / Documents / My Games / Binding of Isaac Afterbirth + Mods.
Второй путь более вероятен для всех, у кого установлена версия игры, начиная с Afterbirth+ и выше, однако вам все равно будут нужны подходящие версии каждой модификации.
Кроме того, некоторые моды конфликтуют между собой. В пояснениях к ним, как правило, есть FAQ, где уже содержится информация, какой файл нужно изменить. Чаще всего это может случиться с предметами, так как большинство модов так или иначе влияют именно на них.
Обратите внимание, что дополнения должны быть установлены в Steam, только тогда кнопка скачивания будет активна
Иуда
На старте Иуда имеет всего одно сердце, так что управиться с ним могут только самые прыткие игроки. В качестве начального артефакта использует Книгу Белиала, повышающую его урон.
Порченная версия: начинает забег в темной форме. Красных контейнеров у него нет, зато есть специальный предмет Темная сила (Dark Arts), который на короткий промежуток времени ускоряет героя и делает его прозрачным, защищая от любого урона. Находясь в призрачной форме, Иуда, проходя через врагов, помечает их, а при переходе в нормальный режим отмеченные противники получают неплохую порцию урона.
Как открыть: когда разделаетесь с Сердцем Мамы/»Оно Живое», спуститесь в Шеол и бросьте вызов Сатане, после победы над которым и откроется нужный вам персонаж.
У The Binding of Isaac несколько уровней восприятия
Так устроены все выдающиеся рогалики (вроде нашей игры года 2020 — Hades), но моду задала как раз игра Макмиллена и Химсла. Поначалу ты просто ныряешь в «Исаака» с головой. Бегаешь почти вслепую, хватаешь все бонусы и используешь все предметы — буквально рашишь игру, о которой ничего толком не знаешь. Даже в таком стиле ей можно наслаждаться часов десять, если не больше.
На следующем этапе ты уже в курсе, какие бывают подземелья и более-менее знаешь тактику против врагов и боссов. Но что еще важнее — ты визуально запомнил предметы и бонусы. Подробных описаний игра не дает, так что эффективность «лута» часто приходится проверять на практике. И на этом этапе ты уже знаешь, что получше, что похуже, а что может моментально уничтожить забег. Баланс в игре толковый с самого начала, так что изучать ее интересно. На этом уровне можно зависнуть уже буквально на десятки часов.
Ну и финальный уровень понимания — гуру, знающий об игре всё. Это этап, на котором ты бьешься с челленджами и сознательно пытаешься воевать с рандомайзером, собирая конкретные «билды». И вот здесь люди проводят сотни часов.

Interactions[]
- Binge Eater: The stat upgrades will disappear if it or the food items are left behind. The temporary damage up will not be reverted, but will still decrease over time as normal.
- Book of Virtues: Is considered a passive item by the game and will take up one of Tainted Isaac’s inventory slots.
- Experimental Treatment : The stat shuffle will not be reverted when left behind.
- Cambion Conception: Familiars granted will not take up inventory slots, but will disappear if those items are left behind and will not be regained if Isaac picks them up again.
- Crooked Penny: Makes each copied pedestal rotate between the item that was on each pedestal at the time it was used and a random second item.
- Diplopia: Makes each copied pedestal rotate between the item that was on each pedestal at the time it was used and a random second item.
- False PHD: Dropping it will make pills effects back to normal, but pills will remain identified. Damage upgrades will disappear if it is left behind, but will remain tied to the item and can be picked back up again. This will not, however, revert back the decreased stats.
- GB Bug: When his inventory is full, he is able to swap it with another item from a pedestal. Every time GB Bug is picked up, the familiar will be re-summoned even if a room has not been cleared since the last re-roll. This allows Tainted Isaac to re-roll pickups indefinitely until they become chests, increasing the amount of pickups or giving items. However, the pickups may also re-roll into troll bombs, effectively removing a pickup to re-roll. This can be mitigated by having Safety Scissors.
- Immaculate Conception: Same as Cambion Conception.
- Keeper’s Sack: The stat upgrades will disappear if it is left behind, but will remain tied to this item. If Isaac picks it up again, he will regain them. Dropping bought items will not remove the stat upgrades gained by buying them. If Isaac buys an item and it results in him dropping Keeper’s Sack, he will not get any stat upgrades from buying it.
- Missing No. can be dropped when Tainted Isaac’s inventory is full, which makes it easier to get clear benefit from than other characters. Tainted Isaac can carry from floor to floor until he rolls a useful combination of items, and then can choose to drop it so that it doesn’t reroll his items on future floors.
- 0 — The Fool?: May spawn coins and/or bombs as pedestal items such as Boom! or A Quarter, however these pedestals won’t cycle between two different items.
- Rock Bottom: Prevents any stat from decreasing, letting the effects of picked up items linger even after discarding them. However, raising stats beyond the values reached will be more difficult after leaving the source item, and swapping away Rock Bottom resets them to Tainted Isaac’s current set.
- Vengeful Spirit: Wisps will remain until the end of the floor if the item is left behind.
12 Revelation
An awesome new addition to the Repentance DLC, this item impresses with array of perks. These include the ability to take flight, two soul hearts, and most critically — a powerful beam that blasts all in its path. This occurs for a few seconds when the fire buttons are released, as he recharges the holy laser of death.
A peculiar feature of this item is that enemies in its path will be inflicted with damage equal to Isaac’s damage stat, giving it solid offensive potential. This already potent beam can be further augmented when coupled with items like Spoon Bender, which adds a nifty homing feature to the laser.
Mechanics[]
HUD
- Found HUD
- Found HUD is a HUD addition that appears on the left side of the screen that gives numerical values to the player’s current stats (e.g., damage, luck, speed, devil room chance). It can be enabled through the options menu.
- It is based on the Missing HUD mod for Rebirth and Afterbirth.
Victory Lap
- A Victory Lap allows you to start a new run with almost all of your final items after completing the Dark Room. Multiple laps can be made as long as the Dark Room is cleared each time.
- Completion Marks and most achievements cannot be earned.
- Isaac will take a full heart of damage on all floors after beginning a victory lap (unless he has The Wafer).
- Some items are lost upon starting a victory lap. Items lost this way are added back into their respective item pools and can be acquired again.
- If the initial run was on normal difficulty, all victory laps will be on hard difficulty.
- On the third and subsequent victory laps, the character will turn into The Lost. This version of The Lost does not get a Holy Mantle or D4. However, if the run was started as The Lost (or if the Holy Mantle was found) it is possible to keep the Holy Mantle from the previous run.
- On the third and subsequent victory laps, Shops will no longer appear.
- On the third and subsequent victory laps, Red Chests in the Dark Room will turn into Chests and Locked Chests.
- Killing any final boss aside from The Lamb will end the game, and the run will not be continued further.

Настроек минимум, долгим вступлением игра не грузит. Даже управление просто нарисовано на полу в стартовой комнате. А поначалу больше об игре ничего знать не нужно. Бегаем по генерируемым подземельям, стреляем слезами и можем использовать найденные предметы — всё. Как в оригинальном Doom: если помнишь, какой кнопкой стрелять — не пропадешь.
И у этой элементарности есть четкие корни. Макмиллен сознательно делал оду олдскулу — он ориентировался на подземелья из самой первой The Legend of Zelda. Да и в плане сюжета вдохновила его «Зельда», как бы странно не звучало. Как Сигэру Миямото вдохновлялся детскими переживаниями, когда ты находишь целый мир под каждым камнем, так и Макмиллен решил заглянуть в свое детство, только оно было «не такое веселое».
«Просто» в игре всё — не только интерфейсы. Уровни — всего лишь полупустые комнаты. Там могут быть ямы, камни, кучи дерьма и прочие преграды, но никакого дизайнерского лоска и интерьерного дизайна
Все внимание на героя и врагов. Поэтому они же все нарисованы такими крупными и контрастными
Да, сложность местами зашкаливает, но «Исаак» не про победу, а про кайф от самого процесса. Вся эта лаконичность в сумме врубает в голове какой-то инстинктивный азарт и затягивает — в итоге получаем залипание на уровне древней классики вроде Crimsonland.

13 Holy Mantle
There aren’t many bells and whistles to this minimalistic item, but it’s suitable in helping Isaac survive. This blessed shield protects Isaac from taking damage by deflecting one hit, including those pesky Spiked Chests. This may not sound like much, but what’s really handy is that the shield will be restored each time another room is entered.
This not only gives it longevity as a life-saver, but it also allows Isaac to enter Curse Rooms and Sacrifice Rooms without getting hurt. This can be compounded with the right synergies, such as Midas Touch, which will instantly turn foes into gold following the nullified first hit.

No longer do its rotating Brimstone attack when close to a wall.

- Orange: Spits out an orange Troll Bomb instead of a black ball. The bomb deals contact damage and leave a patch of fire similar to Hot Bombs.
- Black: Does not attack with Pits or troll bombs, but fires smoke balls more frequently.
- Mega Satan
If The Void is unlocked, there is a 50% chance that the game will not immediately end, and Mega Satan will instead drop an ending chest along with a portal. Entering the chest ends the game and plays the cutscene while entering the portal will take Isaac to The Void.
- Mom
Familiars are teleported to the player’s position when entering the boss room.
- Rag Man
- Has new champion versions:
- Black: Spawns 2 spiders instead of a Ragling. Uses his resurrect frequently. This won’t resurrect anything since the spiders don’t leave corpses but still heals him. Sprays tears during his resurrection, similar to Monstro’s spit.
- Red: No longer fires tears. Can have up to 4 Raglings at one time and can revive up to 2 Raglings at once.
- Triachnid
Has a death animation.
1 Sinus Infection
The Sinus Infection is truly one of the best items in The Binding of Isaac; one players will want against the toughest opponents. This Treasure Room item is gross by description, which is nothing unusual as The Binding Of Isaac is one of the strangest, most unique and brilliantly disgusting games in recent memory. Its damage potential, however, is astronomical. These unpleasant projectiles have a chance to stick to the enemy. Each one that does so deals damage equal to one of the player’s tear shots.
If you have found damage upgrades throughout the game, the bonus damage will be incredible. The sticky shots last for 60 seconds unless an enemy dies or jumps off-screen. Multiple can be stuck to the same enemy, with each ‘ticking’ for the same amount of damage. It is best to use them on a smaller foe first in a boss battle, as they won’t stick to the first enemy they come into contact with. This could be the best tear upgrade of all, as you are constantly doing damage to the enemy without even attacking them.
