В игре есть ряд режимов:
- Ущелье Призывателей. Бои 5×5 на классической карте с тремя линиями, ботами в лесу и супербоссами в середине карты. Выигрывает команда, уничтожившая вражеский Нексус.
- ARAM. От одного Нексуса к другому ведет мост, который нужно преодолеть путем сражения с противниками, ботами и башнями.
- TEAMFIGHT TACTICS. Игроку присваивается мультяшный образ и дается возможность выбрать чемпионов. В ходе боев можно приобретать персонажей и повышать уровень, увеличивая команду. Продержавшийся 7 раундов побеждает.
- Все за одного. Призыватели выбирают одного чемпиона голосованием, либо он выбирается рандомно.
В каждом сражении призыватель получает опыт на прокачку чемпиона и золото на покупку артефактов. По окончании все остается в личном прогрессе. То есть перенести опыт и вещи в другой бой нельзя.
Кроме PvP можно попробовать свои силы в войне с ботами различной сложности или поучаствовать в турнирах (во вкладке CLASH).
