How to install 1.16.5 Texture Packs
Basically the installation procedure is exactly the same as for all the older 1.16.4 packs. However, you may not have installed a texture pack yet, so we’ll briefly show you how it works.
- Find a pack from our list and download it.
- Start the Minecraft Launcher and select as your game version the new 1.16.5 update, if you have not already done so.
- Click on the green “Play” button.
- Select options and click on resource packs on the left side of your screen.
- In the lower left corner, click on Open Pack Folder.
- Now opens your texture pack folder. There you move the previously downloaded file into it.

By the way, the 1.16.5 update will be the last from Mojang for a long time, which improves the Minecraft nether. You don’t have to be clairvoyant for that, because with the Caves & Cliffs Update a successor is already set.
